High Manganese Plates

Proper lining and sealing of the blast cabinet is critical to the life of the machine.  The abrasive media needs to be properly contained and the cabinet lining and wear plates in place to protect the cabinet and working components of every shot blasting machine.

Indoblast offers modification programs to expand the blast cabinet when and if your production requirements change.  We can expand the work area, add or re-locate shot blast wheels, repair wall and roof panels and install additional cast liners as required.

We supply 11-14 % Austenitic Managenese Steel rolled plates and Castings duly Shot Peened for lining. We can also supply Manganese Perforated Sheets in any size and thickness as per Customer Requirements
